Some clients are getting this message in rejected mails coming off my smtp server. The mail box is alive and there is no size restriction for this client. Any ideas? Thanks!

Possible Cause: Local mail is refused because the message is too big. An absent Master Account Security ID number (SID) on the recipient can also cause this error message.

The mail box is valid and the mail size wasn't big. The only thing I can think of is invalid header. How can I determine if a mail has an invalid header.. thanks all
