does anyone have the NTP# for this guide.
I need it to find out how to setup/add/change an application threshold(max wait time). I checked nortel website, but after 5 pages got everything got blurry
I found the supv guide.. but of course that says find the ADMIN guide...

I found under launch pad, Configuration where I can change the threshold class of Max_Wait_Time in my Application, “Diagnostic Services”, but every threshold in that application is set as:
Level 1 = 5 and Level 2 = 10.
Where can I see/define what values are set for 5 and 10 ? Neither the Admin or Supv guide is forthcoming in my searches to find where these values are set. The online help documentation says go to file and properties while in the Threshold classes window.. but I do not get that option when im in my Threshold classes window.

5 and 10 (seconds, that is) are default values. Go ahead and set them to suit your center.

Thank you, i will set them accordingly... I even searched default threshold value..nothiong found.
I was looking at it, as if the thresholds were numbered 1 through 10 and each had a specific value of time...oh well now i know. Thank you both.
