4xxx series to 5xxx series conversion

Dear All,

I have a project to convert an MM from 4xxx to 5xxx digits. Is there a way in MM to convert the mailboxes without deleting them? Its an MM 3.0

how many mailboxes in question?

Best bet is to engage avaya professional services, They have special tools within ProVision that allow this to be done easily and risk free.

In the past have done 3000 mailboxes in about 2 hours.
