4Sec Timeout

Hi,

In Nortel, there is a 4sec delay setting which will default the call to ACD (DFDN in CDN) if the host did not response to the call or route the call within 4sec.

Nortel claimed that the 4sec parameter cannot be changed. But I am hearing from alternate source that that 4sec timing can be adjusted longer.

Anyone have similar experience regarding that? Can 4sec be change? How?
