This is an odd one. I've got 2 controllers, 3300 ICP, one Rls. 4.0 SP3 (load 10.0.3.14_1) and one Rls 7. I've got an LD PRI connected to the Rls 4.0 controller, programmed as 4ESS. My Rls 7 controller also has an LD PRI on it, also programmed as 4ESS. they're both from the same carrier and are supposed to be provisioned the same. They are programmed identically in both controllers.
Both controllers are connected by IP trunks.
If I dial from the Rls 4.0 controller across an IP/Xnet trunk out the RLS 7.0 controller the call connects fine. If I dial locally from the Rls 4.0 controller LD, the call fails.
The systems attached to the RLS 4 controller are all Dialogic based systems. I have no stations on that site so I have to troubleshoot using the Q.931 messaging on one of the Dialogic systems. I have setup my Rls 7 controller to route anything 8+ across the IP/XNet trunks to the Rls 4 controller and then dial out LD. This returns an ERROR.

You can't fix stupid, you can only work around it.
