Hello,

Before we load the latest firmware recommended by Avaya, I'd just like to check in to see if anyone has been using this version and if you've had any issues with it?

We had previously downloade v2.8.3 which caused the phones to reboot upon login of any Agent using more than 10 skills.

I have been using it since the day after it came out. I have not had any problems with it on our 4621 phones.

Have checked on another Tek-Tip site and they are having a problem with this version with the call log been corrupted

Hi,

I've had problems using it on 4620 versions. Saying that though the 4620 is now superceded by the 4621. I would get NO ETHERNET problems, even though i know the ethernet connection was fine as it had succeffully downloaded the settings file and reached the DHCP.

Weird and not always consistent.

Sorry for being vauge but I can't recommend it on a 4620 IP phone.
