Is there a way to change the TFTP timeout setting on the startup screen? It times it selft out after 6 attemps. I would like to change to 2 attemps... I'm not using TFTP services..

In your DHCP scope, option 176, add the string "TFTPSRVR=0.0.0.0". This should tell the phones to just skip looking for a TFTP server.
