46xx and Call Waiting

I have a small office and Definity connected with VPN, I also have a 4620 on the small office, we have 3 channels and have communication with all of them, but the 4620 can receive only one call from the definity. The call waiting is activated, this only happens with this hardphone.

Can you help me??

Do you have more then one call appreance programmed on the phone?

Yes, I have 3 call appereances, the 4620 only have problems receiving calls from ip trunks
