4650 toner problem 2

We get a stripe on the back of prints on our HP 4650 printer. the toner is also on transfer belt and comes back after we clean it

Have you tried with all new toner installed at the same time and ran a cleaning page?

Learning - A never ending quest for knowledge usually attained by being thrown in a situation and told to fix it NOW.
