4630 set displaying "network loading" full time

Hi.....I have a 4630 set connected to a prologic...The screen is displaying "network loading" constantly..I'm definity familar...But not completely VOIP or 4630 set familiar..A direction to proceed would be helpfull..The set has been reset and it did not work....I have downloaded the user guide for the 4630.. that is not a problem..thank you in advance for your help and direction...I had posted on the IP office forum and it was suggested I post it here..
