4622 with AWH55 - Defaut Audio Path Issue

I am having an issue with the 4622 IP sets using the AWH55 wireless headsets.

When I press the headset button it activates the headset and all is good. When I press one of the call appearance buttons for the caller I would like to pick up, the speaker phone goes off-hook instead of the headset. (Sometimes if you have 2 callers at the same time, its nice to pick the caller you want to talk to, however the speaker keeps going off-hook instead of the headset.)

When I use IP Agent to control the 4622 and I click "Answer" on the agent console on the PC to pick-up the incoming caller, the 4622's speaker phone goes off-hook instead of the headset.

Is there a way to change some option and change the default audio path to pick-up the AWH55 wireless headset instead of the speaker phone?

Does anyone out there have the same setup and its working for you? Or is anyone using the 4622's with other wireless headsets and can press the call appearance button and have the headset pickup instead of the speaker phone?

I am using CM 2.1.1, and the 4622 has firmware v2.8, with the AVAYA AWH55 wireless headset.
