4621 sw ip phone is configured as VPN

Hello folks,

I have a 4621 sw IP phone that is not working properly. There was an outage in the building where the phone is connected and when we try to connect the phone to the phone system, the phone is showing a VPN error. The phone should not work as VPN, so I am trying to remove that from the phone, do you know how can we remove the VPN configuration?

I dont think this is related to the server side, due to other phones when we plug them, they works fine, so I think the issue is at the phone level.

Could you please let me know any recomendation to fix the issue?

Boot the phone and press * to program, press # to scroll through the options until you see VPN Start Mode and change it to disable and save it, then reboot it should not try to use the VPN software.
