We have a user whose 4620 phone has poor sound quality in general and has issues with calls cutting in and out. We have replaced the set, all cords and even had the office rewired to the switch, but the issue remains. This is the only phone in the entire company having this issue. Any ideas, anyone?

4620 Phone Cutting Out

Also using another handset on a different extn in his port will show if the issue follows the extn or the location, then you know where to point the finger
