Anyone ever had problems returning missed internal calls and the 4620 inserting a 9 before the extension number. Tried a short code to delete the 9 when only 5 digits are dialed, No Joy. 4-digit dial-plan. I do not want to delete all the 9s because they won't return outside calls. They are also on Centrex POTS lines, so I have to insert the 9 for outbound calls. Any ideas?

If you want to remove 9 when dialing from missed calls, then you have change setting in 46xxsetting.scr.

In line for outside line access code change it to:
SET PHNOL ""

This work for me for outside calls, I never tested for internal calls...

try, it might help you...

Thanks,

I'll give it a shot. The PRI is due next week, so bye-bye centrex. Always good to know though. Happy Holidays!
