I have an ipoffice 500v2 on rls 8, I have 5621 phones installed and working fine. I have the system set for manual ip config for phones. When I configure a 4620 with all ip info, it comes up but only line appearance a. B and C are not there even though it is programed on system. I tried to do mute +craft+# does not work, tried mute +clear+#, does not work. The only one that works is mute +reset+#. This is not completly clearing the phone I suspect. Any suggestions would be appreciatd.
