I am having a problem on the 4620 in our office. When you laugh or talk loud all of the sudden you get a distortion back in your ear. I wanted to make sure I was at the latest bin for the 4620. I don't know how to read it. This is what I am getting in my display under IP settings.
Application file =a20d01b2072.bin and under boot file I am getting =b20d01b2072.bin. Are these the latest? I also tried to adjust the Automatic Gain Control talked about in the toolkit and it won't let me. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try disabling "out of band DTMF" and/or "Fax Transport Support" on the extensioin form.
This helped me once.

I will try that. Thanks

Has anybody expeienced the automatic gain control by pushing mute 242# not working.
