4612 IP phone not registering after entering extn & PWord

Hi, I have an CM3 pbx that has a ton of IP licenses that have never been used until today. I have a 4612 ip phone that I tested good on my older CM2 (rel.12)system before installing it on the CM3. When I reprogram the phone for the CM3 system, the phone boots up, asks for extn, & password, then just goes to "Registering" for a minute, then goes blank, and back to registering, over and over.

Any idea of what I am missing? I checked the call server IP and it is the C-lan.
