4612 I Phones going to discover mode after agent logs in

Hi everyone,

Please help. I have a site with 4612 phones and running on CM4. The problem is, when an agent logs onto a phone, the phone will go on "Discover". Checked with the network and they said that there were no issues on thier side.

I can see from the trace this denial event:
