4610SW line goes in and out

Hi all, have a office with 5 4610sw ip phones. One of the phones i am having some issues with. When your on the phone with someone, it will cut in and out. I can hear the customer, but customer cannot hear me. Then it goes back to working correctly for a few minutes, then back to dead air.
Any Ideas?

That was my first guess as well. Installed new phone and cord and same behavior. Really weird

are you loosing alot of packets maybe?

telcorookie, I recently had a similiar issue with a 5610, it turned out to be the port that the handset curly cord plugs into
