I am just setting up my second 4610 phone, I have 50+ 4606,4612,4624. The time displayed on the 4610 has a 24 hour clock vs the standard am, pm. How and where do I change that? I could not find anything in the settings on the phone, also this phone is aliased as 4620 on CM 2.1.

You can change time format 24 hour to am/pm and vice versa on station form. It is depend on language selection in field: Display Language (1st page). If you selecet english language than you will have am/pm format, but if you select any other language (including unicode and user-defined) the time format will be 24 hour.

So I can't have custom switch set button labels and a AM/PM Clock. Come on Avaya, I will need to shell out big bucks for an upgrade to get that functionality. When the Avaya people (Avaya Direct not a Business Partner) set us up on 9.5 they trained us with "Send Calls" vs "SendAllCalls" and I was just trying to consistant with what we had already.
