Has anyone seen any out of box failures with 4610SWIP's. Two weeks ago 9 out of 20 bad. Yesterday 8 out of 16 bad. All similar issues with handset jack/hookswitch not responding. Definitely not Handset; works in headset jack fine. I noticed all SN# start with 07N532xxxxxx. Any feedback greatly appreciated as always!!

Yep, I cant really say much on here, but I have had 50 swapped out due to this exact issue.
All I can say is give your Business Partner the Seriel number range and keep pushing for a batch swap out.
