4610 Reset on Fax

I have a customer with a S8300/G700 CM1 (R011x3.1.531). If they inadvertantly dial a fax machine the phone resets. Now they also report the phone reseting if they dial 918. The phones are 4610s with 2.0 firmware.

Anybody seen this or know how to fix it?

This is bug issue, please update the latest 46xx ip phone firmware to your phone, it can sloved the reset problem.
