4610 IP phones acting up

Several users of 4610 phones at a remote location report issues with phones: 1. Rings twice, disconnects; when caller calls back, works fine. 2. "My telephone rings once and then goes to voice mail. None of the option on the key pad work except for voice mail. The date and time on the telephone has been 3/20/08 8:20pm forever. Frequently when I hit headset or speaker or remove the receiver, I do not get a dial tone. I have play around a lot to get it to give me a dial tone."

Status station shows in-service/off-hook, with nothing connected. And SAC is not activated.

Busy / release station may cause disconnect until manual unplug / replug phone.

There are 250 users at this location (G700 MG1&2), only 3 or 4 report these issues - all have same switchport configuration and phone setups. No users at central location (S9700, CM3.1.2) report these issues.

Has anyone seen this?
