4610 BOOT UP

We are on an S8700 server. An existing phone that just had the ext changed , is sitting at "FINDING ROUTER" then tries to boot up but never does successfully. Any ideas as to why? And what can be done to get it to the login screen ?

You may need to clear the settings on the phone and then try it again. Is it statically assigned or getting an ip address through DHCP..?

I cleared the cache. It is getting its ip through DHCP server. That seemed to do the trick.
