Looking for some answers with one way conversations on the 4602SW IP Phones. System is an IP403 and callers expereincing one way conversations and it is an intermittant problem. Somone suggested going to 2.0(18) to resolve issue. Does anyone have similar problem or know if it is fixed in 2.0(18).

I have this same problem- we have mostly 4602SW phones here. I believe we have 2.0. I tried un-checking "allow dircet media path" on my extension and I haven't had a one way call to this phone since, but it could be coincidence.
I am also looking for a solution to this problem.

100% JayNEC there was an issue with the 4602 1 call in 100 would get one way speech upgrade to the lates bins of the avaya site don't use the ones on the V2 CD.
