Has anyone tried using the 4602 IP phone with the IPOffice?

Steven Kan

We currently have a trial site with 40+ IP4602's
we have 1 minor problem but suspect this is probably due to the version of firmware we are being forced to run on this site

Is it possible to programme any of the keys on the 4602 with IPOffice, maybe the display softkeys. e.g. I would like to have forward unconditional and pickupmember functions. They would only need to be available when the phone is not on a call.
What is normally displayed by the two display keys?

Many thanks

Steven Kan

i believe hat the 2 soft keys can be programmed by the useres digital telephony tab, I cant remember the defaults but I suspect you will find that they are call apperance keys
