4602 upgrade

HI,

I am trying to upgrade some 4602 phones and get this in the tftp log:

Unable to send C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\46xxupgrade.scr length 0 bytes

I have downloaded 1.8.1(and 2) from avaya site. Unzipped it to the manager folder. Shouldnt it just look for the files when rebooting the phones?
Im using my labtop as tftp server connected to a SOE.

What am i doing wrong??

This error is nothing to worry about, the .scr file is not required for the phone to operate. If the error bugs you, there is a sample .scr file you can download somewhere on the avaya support site (can't recall where, search for 46xxupgrade.scr should find it).

When i do a "view" on the phones it shows as file version 1.8 not 1.8.2. Is the .scr file not needed to opgrade the firmware on the phones??

Bah stupid me didnt read carefully enough. Needed manager on broadcast for it to work.
