4600 IP phones and Dutch ADSL provider

Does anyone know how to setup remote Avaya 4600 IP phones with the additional VPN software to connect to a Juniper VPN/Firewall which is just behind an ADSL router (Speedtouch)?

Do I have to setup the speedtouch to bridge mode? Or can I get a module for the Juniper to connect the Juniper directly to the ADSL line? The Dutch ADSL provider is XS4ALL.

It will have to be in bridge mode otherwise the Juniper will only get a private lan address from the speedtouch which it will think is its public address.
