4506 and CiscoView 3.0

Just installed and configured a new 4506, but when I try to add it in Ciscoview it comes up with "Unsupported device". HTTP server is enabled and port set per docs, ping is good from Ciscoview console station. Any ideas?

You need to add the relevent Device Applications to the CiscoView application. These can be downloaded from CCO, although CiscoView 3.0 is quite old and you might struggle to get the apps for it. I can't even see CiscoView 3.0 on CCO....

Sorry, my mistake. It's Cisco Network Assistant 3.0, it shows as having the 4506 (and all modulules) built in. I must be missing something as all the 2900 & 3500's are showing up.
