450 logs

When you try to unzip the logs from a 450 it asks for a password. What the heck is the password?

I asked my Avaya rep but he wasn't sure. He tried the password of the day but that didn't work. The password I used to log on to the BCM didn't work and I even tried the SSBA password.

I think the password is only used by Avaya support. Did you try to unzip the log file from within Element Manager?.

If I use Element Manager it will un-tar it but it wont read the zip file.
