450 error Virus in mail ?????

On our console we get the following message:
Detected error on smtp command
Command : Data
Response: 450 5.1.5 Virus in mail


Email is working fine however.
We do have a virus scanner (Sophos) on server Novell 5 en workstations.
Any ideas ?????

Novell say not to have any virus checking on groupwise data. The data is encrypted, compressed. Any virus checking muct be done before the email gets into groupwise. Have a look at a product called Guinevere. This will virus check the internet mail before it puts it into groupwise.
