4412 disconnecting calls

I have a user that is complaining that when they are using the speakerphone that it randomly drops the call. I pulled the error log out of the Magix and I don't see any errors for the module/port that this user is on.

I've had him switch phones with a known good one and it is still occuring. I don't want to start replacing phones if this will not fix the issue. Anyone have a better idea on what to look at?

Try switching him/her to a different port - and see if the problem continues. If it disappears - it may be a "bad" port or bad wiring from the port to the phone.
