Looking to upgrade a customer to R10.1 or R11 and they still have 4400 series phones. I know Avaya says they are unsupported, but has anyone tried them? Often unsupported phones still work.
We have them working with only one issue on the R11 SP2. The time will generate a 1 when the phone is idle for a while, meaning that if the time is 9:00 am the phone might show 19:00. It is not military time it just seems to add the 1 to the time on the display. Everything else works fine, you can get the correct time back on the phone by lifting the handset or going on speaker.
