4400 connection problem, factory reset?

I have a superstack 3 4400 3com 24-port switch and can't connect to it because the access rights for telnet, web etc were disabled by mistake. No matter what I do I can't get back into it. I've reset the password, but it still won't work.

Is there a way to flash the firmware? or just do a complete factory reset to remove all settings? Any other ideas?

IS the serial console also disabled? If not, thats the best way.
