43p Model 140 big disks?

I need big disk in RS/6000 43p Model 140 - Ultrastar 147 GB. Im not sure does it will be recognised. (AIX 4.3.3). Any experience?

Will probably not be in the predefined list for AIX433 (lsdev -P|grep disk), so it will configure as "other scsi disk", but if it works like that, no reason not to use it I assume.
