43p 7248 processor upgrade rs/6000

Got a 604e 166 mhz processor to upgrade the 100mhz built on one that is on my 7248 rs/6000. Unfortunately I cannot find a service manual, so I don't know the procedure other than sticking it in the zif socket and sticking on a heatsink/fan. There are jumpers, but without a guide I don't know which ones apply, if any.
