429, component can't created error..

Hi all,
When I tried to use MS common dialog control then I am getting control could not be created because it is not properly licenced error.pls tell me how to fix this problem.
thx for help.

Where did you get the common dialog control from? If it was installed with another product (say, VB6 or DevStudio 6.0), you can do a reinstall of that product. If you just copied the comdlg32.dll file, you may be violating your license terms. Rick Sprague
