413-250 phone numbers

When ever one of my cleints call a 413-250 number I get a message that the phone is nit in service but when I call from my cell phone it goes thru. Also if a 413-250 number calls in the call goes right thru. I have an neax2400 system.

Assuming 9+1+4 is routed the same way as all other area codes in CMD AFRS, then check with your carrier. That AC + OC may not be in their routing table.
