412 TLD card

I think I have a dead 412-TDL card, but I am not sure, maybe it is a processor problem. Heres what happened: the customer put on the Night Service and left the building. The next day the console was dark and they could not turn off Night Service. I tried the console on other ports and it was still dead. Also, MOH on line port 4 is dead too.
Error code are: 7801, 7802, 7804, 0001, 000E.

The Maint. test in loopback produces "DSE1 Failed" and Test Status Register Bad. Also, when doing a maintenance restore, a Board Mismatch message comes back.

Is it the Processor or the 412TDL LS-ID card?

The biggest clue you have is "TEST REGISTER BAD".

I would first attempt a "BOARD RENUMBER", but I think your original conclusion is correct.
