412-TDL lS-ED Port/phone not working

All of the phones work fine on this module expect my logical ID 12 port. The phone just blinks the message light over and over and click when you pick up the handset. I have tried different phones, wiring, etc and it all seems to be related to ID 12 port.

Any thoughts?

If you haven't tried already, bring a known working telephone to the Magix, punch down a temporary jack to the correct pair for the extension in question and see what happens.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Pair 12 on the Amphenol is Black/Orange, and I've seen factory make cables swap the Black/Orange and Black/Brown conductors at both ends. It passes a continuity test, but when you cut one end off and punch down the cable, it of course won't work.

Pull the hood off of the connector and double check.
