412 rebooting

I have a 412 running 5.0.15 and vmpro running 5.0.23 on some of the calls comming out of VM pro to the 412 cause the ipo to reboot. There extensions are 9xxx and some match that of the Delta Server but some work some dont, on the extensions that cause a reboot comming out of vm it doesnt matter which action out of vm you use all will reboot the 412 immediatly. Any help would be great below is a trace with a FATAL DSI Excep address=7f7f7f8b d=5 pc=009ce724 009b77f0 009ceec8 009cf1d0 009d71bc 009c6e40 IP 412 5.0(15) error that I get.

Like you said, you use 99xx
change it and try again.

Have a look at this. Looks like it is resetting to free this up...
 
Alarm log full means there are more then 15 alarms.
This does not cause the reboots, then reboots are the cause of a full alarm log!

So reset it to factory default, and then send a valid back-up to the ipo.
