412,Call Listen and reboot!

Has anyone heard of a 412 rebooting if someone tries to do a call listen? 412 with CCC went from 2.1 to V3 - had loads of problems since. A reboot seemed to occur after someone did a call listen - I'm guessing this is what could have caused it. Or has anyone else heard of reasons why a 412 could reboot on V3?

nope, just 6408s. It's been in place for about 2 years now - since the upgrade had loads of problems - queued/still queued messages for previous groups on VM Pro have taken a completely random wav file from another group (no groups are setup within VM Pro and the default queue leave points are in default mode) - so had to recreate the group and finally the standard queue messages are playing.

All very odd - just hope the config file hasn't been corrupted!
