Hi all.

I have a little question. When my IP Phones (16xx series) goes to upgrade, when it is looking for files, it asks for a file 411/16xxupgrade.txt, which causes it to throw a i-905 error.

I've looked through the c:\program files (x86)\ ip office \ manager, but I haven't found that. I have found 16xxupgrade.txt

Are these the same, and if so why does it fail when it tries to load, with the i-905 error?

Update:I think 411 is the port number.

Regards

From what I Googled it is a HTTPS error. 411 is the port for HTTPS with TLS.
Here is a link to a thread discussing this, I personally haven't a clue how to fix it. Might point you in the right direction.
