4100N Tray Selection

I am trying to use the 4100N with 64m 3 trays with an new Invoice system. The Cougar Mountain Accounting system allows you to set up printers for each type of Report, Invoice, etc but does not allow for tray selection. It does allow you to select the number of copies of each report. It sends them as 3 seperate print jobs. We print 3 copies of an Invoice and they all come out looking the same. I can designate two printers to print the invoice. My thought would be to make one printer configuration print one page that would say "original" using the watermark and then a second printer configuration print 2 pages with "copy" as the watermark. I can't seem to get this to work. I thought about using the option for different tray (different color) for first page but invoices are only one page. Any Ideas??
