410 Line Programming

Have a 410 with FP2. This client is using only 3 lines assigned to the left set of buttons. Is there anyway to use the fourth line as a speed dial button.

The other lines to the right ae assigned to other features and other features.

Seems like I can only use this button for line 4.

Also, wanting to program a PAGE button instead of pressing Intercom button then 70 for a zone page. Can not seem to get a button to work for paging.
