406v2 upgrade to 6.0 Advanced Edition 1

I have a 406v2 running 5.0(15) with 2 expansion units, VMPro (6-ports).
Do I need to purchase IPO LIC UPG R6.0 (229420) as well as IPO LIC R6 ADV EDITION (229424) to run the Advanced Edition?

just the upgrade license as you have already the Vm Pro license and it is the same as the preferred

if you want Adv edition the yes you will need the Advanced license.

If you just want to go up to R6, then as Westi says, just the runtime license.
