I have a client looking to set up a small call center operation. Basically I am trying to find the best solution for them. I am familar with the 406 and frankly the rest of the 400 series but I am curious if perhaps there are more adaquate functions on the larger series' for this role. I know that he is very interested in the call accounting, and reporting functions of the IP office. My question is would he be better off going with a newer, larger system, or for this type of operation would it be best to stick with what I know works but might be limited in the features for this type of operation?

you can,t buy anymore a 406 only the 500 or 412, but 500 programming is the same....
