405 error, problem woth perl script, please help!!!

Hi I am having a problem on my site

with the refer a friend feature on the bottom of the index page. When you type in a name and email and then submit it goes to a 405 error. i've been trying for 2 days and have no idea how to fix it..im a newbie too. I wouldvery much appreciate any help.

I'm with godaddy.

Can you please have a look and tell me what i can do?

This is not CGI, this is web server setting. Post this question in a forum related to your web server, giving more details about your relation with the server ( own, administrate, none ).
