404 "Page not found" opening RAS page

I'm running RAS which was packaged with CR9 Pro. It's running on a Win2K server under IIS. I have some clients that have no problem loading the sample pages (found at but some that get a 404 "Page Not Found" error. There's no rhyme or reason from what I can determine - some clients are Win98, some are Win2K Pro, running IE 5.5 or 6, all security options the same as working machines.

Anybody have any ideas? Since all permissions for this virtual directory are the same, I'm really stumped.
