404 error on directory

Hello,
I have tomcat setup on Windows Server 2003. Everything is running fine - I am able to navigate to the tomcat pages - ie. Administrator and Manager - just fine. I am also able to see some other web applications that are set up. However, I have a couple apps that are returning with a 404 - The Requested Resource is not found when I click on the link in Tomcat Web Application Manager.

Does anyone have a starting point for me to begin troubleshooting? I am fairly new to Tomcat and can't seem to see anything that might indicate a problem.
